Our initial search will take approximately two weeks when we will gather extensive information from our network of estate agents, letting agents if required, web site portals, developers, local and national press, the search will be increasingly targeted until we have found your perfect property. |

| Property Previews and Search Reports |

We will provide regular search reports enabling us to arrange early viewings of any short listed properties. After which we will report back to you on the day of viewing by email in the form of a detailed presentation accompanied by digital photographs (subject to the vendors consent). This service could be provided separately for properties you find yourself if you do not wish to sign up for our complete property search package.

Once a property is chosen we will provide a neighbourhood guide which contains information on doctors, schools, shopping, leisure activities etc |
